TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present terms and conditions are concern to all services, directly or indirectly provided by JV VANTAGE FOCUS LLC, which owns this website GOTOSILKROAD.COM .  By visiting, browsing and using our website and / or making reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with the following terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, in accordance with articles  367 и 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan,  you enter into a legal relationship with company JV VANTAGE FOCUS LLC on the basis of public offer.

Reservation process

After selecting hotel and other services provided by GOTOSILKROAD.COM website, indicating accommodation dates, room type and other necessary details, you agree with the specified prices and after accepting the present terms and conditions start reservation process.

After clicking «RESERVE» button, you will receive a confirmation letter about submitted request, to the email specified by you.  You will receive electronic message containing confirmation of reservation and total amount to be paid within 24 hours. Your reservation will be considered as a "soft reservation" till the receipt of prepayment. In case of “soft” reservation, we guarantee reservation only till the date of prepayment specified during reservation. For the guarantee of your reservation it requires 100% prepayment, that is to say:

  • In case of reservation – payment for a whole period of stay at selected hotel. Payment must be provided till the moment specified on confirmed reservation. In case of non-receipt of payment before specified period, reservation will be automatically canceled at hotel.
  • In case of other services reservation (tours, transport services etc.) 100% prepayment must be provided - 10 days before rendering of services for tourists is from 1 to 10 persons, and 20 days before for groups of more than 11 persons. . In case of non-receipt of payment before specified period, reservation of services will be automatically canceled.

After receiving of the Customer’s payment, we will provide a Voucher with description of a rendering services, document which guarantees rendering of services, which has to be presented to service providers (hotels, transport etc.).

Payment methods

Payment can be made:

  • by bank transfer in US dollars (for nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and in UZB Sums at the rate of exchange of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (for residents of Uzbekistan, with 50% additional commission) to the bank account of JV VANTAGE FOCUS LLC.
  • online payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or any other major payment system.

Cancellation policy

By making of a hotel reservation or other services provided by GOTOSILKROAD.COM, you accept and agree with cancellation policy, rules acting in case of non-arrival (no-show) and all additional terms and conditions of rendering services, specified in Public offer. General cancellation policy and actions in case of non-arrival are provided on our website at the hotel page, during the process of booking and e-mail confirmation of the booking. If you want to view, change or cancel your reservation, please refer to the electronic booking confirmation and follow the instructions therein.

 Liability limit

In accordance with limitations, prescribed by the present terms and conditions, defined by the legislation, we are responsible only for direct losses really caused by or generated in consequence of actual non-fulfillment of our liabilities during providing of services within the aggregate amount for non-provided services from your booking cost.

Miscellaneous

All the software required for providing our services and/or used on our website, and intellectual property rights (including tests and media files) are belong to the company JV VANTAGE FOCUS LLC, and can be used only by agreement with JV VANTAGE FOCUS LLC.

The present terms and conditions and also providing of our services should be settled by the acting legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes arisen under the present terms and conditions and services provided by us should be settled by the competent Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
