Bukhara

Bukhara is the city-museum. There are a number of legends about this city. The history of Bukhara, according to archeological data, began in the 4th century BC. It was situated along the Great Silk Road, and for this reason Bukhara became the flourishing trading center of Central Asian region. Urban planning has been developing in the city since ancient times. Up until these days the sights of Bukhara fascinate tourists with masterpieces of architectural art: mausoleum of Samanid and Chashma Ayub, Ulugbek’s Maddrassah, Chor-Minor, Miri-Arab, Abdulaziz-khan, Nadir Divan-begi and Bolo-hauz mosque.

Arc Fortress is the center of Bukhara, which is considered as the main sightseeing of the city. Tours to Bukhara will not go without the visit to the ancient bathhouse “Bozori Kord Hammam”, ensemble of Lyabi-hauz, famous trading domes, legendary complex of Poi-Kalyan, Nughai caravanserai and restaurants of Uzbek national cuisines.
